Red's are the standard for gaming keyboards, but I got Blue's since I have a Nostromo for gaming. I've tried a friends Quickfire and it was pretty nice, a little big for my tastes, I recently got pic related.

Blues are best for typing, people generally say reds are best for games since they're linear and it's real easy to ride the actuation point but it's not like the others are "bad" for games.
Also don't listen the memers, mechanical keyboards are completely worth it if you actually need a new keyboard. They aren't going to magically make you better at games, that's not why they exist, they're just a lot more comfortable to use and put less strain on your wrists and fingers which is always a good thing.
