Watching multiple bikers spin out and fly thirty feet in the air followed by a crunch of metal never gets old. There hasn't been a game like it since. Plus the music is hilariously awful.

Saturn Bomberman is GOAT classic-style Bomberman. The single player stages are great, and ten player vs modes can't be beat. Also, great music.
Seco d Attack is great, too. My copy of it went missing years ago. I'd love to buy another copy but asshats keep driving up the price. Even a year ago you could get a copy off ebay for around $60. Now you're lucky if you can find one around $100. Retro game market is fucking awful nowadays.

Especially around those extended sharp turns. You're trying to weave around cars while keeping inside the turn and then WHAM - you're fucking clobbered by an ambulance. I usually cheat by be forced to turn by the guardrail on the outside by softly touching it as I steer. My main tactic is to kick everyone until they smash into another car or wall. To that end, the taser feels glorious to abuse.

God, I wish there was a new one that had bikes with differences in their control, novelty vehicles like unicycles, new weapons like one-time use tacks, interactive objects like someone crashing into a telephone pole hard enough to have it fall onto the road and shoot off sparks or smash cars driving by. Night racing, weather conditions, new interactive ragdoll physics upon crashing your bike like knocking garbage cans over, crashing through windows into shops or supermarkets, police forming roadblocks on certain turns in addition to simply chasing you.
What else? Interacting with animals, like a deer exploding into guts if you smash into one, or watching squirrels splatter, but cows would make you crash as they tipped over. And on and on and on, fifteen years have made me thirstier than ever for a new game with all the bells and whistles.
