Cause the release was an absolute travesty. It was mostly cause of the fact that nips and anyone who knew how to read moon imported it and had already been playing it for weeks.
That and streamers are special little snowflakes who got english copies before anyone else shortly after the jip japs.
I would only assume most people are mildly annoyed.

I'm hype. But I haven't been on /v/ in awhile and haven't been researching much about the game, it doesn't seem like it'll be so different that they'll completely cock it up though so I'm sure it'll be at least "good"
I gave up on the series and the company after DSII.The best one was DeS anyway.

I'm actually surprised I haven't been spoiled that much. I only know of a few new things to the game, but a lot of returning gear, though that one doesn't really bother me at all.
The game seems like it has way too much fan pandering, though. It looks like it's 75% old content, 25% new, but I can't really base my opinions on webms that I've seen. I suppose I'll just wait for it to come out.

Sorcery and miracles are bugged right now and don't benefit from scaling. This will probably be patched by the time you guys get it. Most of the hype got killed off because Bamco doesn't know how to treat their fanbase.
