pretty fun level
Here's a thing:
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/F5F4-0000-020F-D747
Just made a new level.
Nobody has finished it, so you can take first clear.
>The Bomb Master's Demise
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/ECAB-0000-0212-DCEC
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/E60D-0000-01EE-0943
Are you a bad enough dude to beat my ridiculously hard latest level? It's basically a huge castle coated entirely in spikes. First you do precision platforming on top, [checkpoint 1] then you do shoe and helmet challenges inside, [checkpoint 2] then you collect the pink coins you saw at the beginning and defeat Bowser Jr.! Only 6 people have cleared it so far because it's insane so don't feel bad if you tap out. To make victory a little sweeter I'll bookmark all your levels if you clear it. No promises about how fast I'll play through them but they'll be prioritized above my other bookmarks.
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/5395-0000-01A0-467D
If you'd prefer something a bit easier, here is my most popular level. This level's all about using helmets to move koopas around! Since you're always given more helmets and koopas, the main danger is time. Don't spend too long on any one challenge!
>>332936638
Here are the first two courses of the trilogy:

REPLY WITH A LEVEL AND I'LL PLAY IT RIGHT NOW AND GIVE YOU MY HONEST OPINIONS ON IT. I'LL DO MY BEST TO NITPICK AND TELL YOU EVERYTHING I DISLIKED ABOUT IT. I'M BIASED TOWARDS SMB3 SO THAT GETS AUTOMATIC EXTRA POINTS AND PUZZLE, MAZE AND SUPER HARD LEVELS GET POINTS DEDUCTED.

My magnum opus. It's really rare for someone to beat it. Some of you please try.
>>332938329
I played Hard Hat Hazards. It was a very good stage, the way bombs work is great, except when it comes to the big bombs, which are so much more fun to blow up, but sometimes manage to hit you. Also, the swinging chomps are kind of a pain in the ass to deal with.
>>332936638
First clear get! That first Bowser Jr. fight was tough, barely made it through! Fun level, seems like there's lots of different path choices the player can make.
>>332939813
>Less than 1% clear rate
No thank you.
>>332939370
Jesus anon, just use the exact same site everyone else has
>>332939813
I'd try but I'm shit at puzzle levels so the name makes me think I'd be shit at it.
>>332939912
Yeah, that's kind of the theme with these levels. Was it that tough? Did you get there without the flowers? How many times did you die?
>>332939995
Whats wrong anon, you're not a filthy casual are you?
I'm sure even you could do this one.
>Crooked trail
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/1CE2-0000-0190-955B
>>332940146
I had the fire flower every time I entered the miniboss chamber, but as soon as I take a hit and loose it I felt like I had little recourse. I'm pretty bad with both clown cars and boss combat in general though so you can take that into account. Probably died 6-8 times total, but I felt like I got sort of lucky in the miniboss and was anticipating dying more times to it before advancing (something other than me got the final hit on BJ). The final boss fight was a lot more forgiving with the secret fire flower room (maybe there's one of those for the miniboss chamber that I didn't find) and also just from being in a more open space.
>>332940556
Interesting. I myself had a lot more trouble with the boss than I did with the miniboss. I retooled both several times, but due to my experience, I had to make the miniboss slightly more challenging and the boss slightly easier.
Thanks for the feedback!
Gotta keep this thread going a bit longer

I'll bump with some more levels too:

>2nd Most disappointing power-up

I'll play any levels replying to me.
So what are the odds of them implementing some parts of this game into the myNintendo thing
So lets say you play 5 levels a day and get 10 silver coins or something similar.
I made 2 courses that seemed popular and tried to make a sequel based on them
I uh, hope it's fun? It's clear rate is low but I didn't think it was that hard. There's 2 mystery mushrooms to find and a hidden path so maybe you can find em'

Not going to happen.
>>332944604
I'll check this out, I'll give you some feedback in a sec.
>>332944518
I can see things like "post a comment on a level" as a mission. Though we haven't seen yet if Nintendo is planning to spread myNintendo beyond just miitomo.
>>332945639
why not?
>>332945769
well it would encourage players to keep playing their games or even purchase more in order to keep earning coins
>>332945639
Cool, I think I need it to be honest.
>>332946285
Yeah, I just finished it and it was great. Had some great pacing, if that makes any sense. The only part I questioned what the one with the hammer bros. You can skip that part very easily by running below them, and I wonder if that was on purpose. Great level.
>>332947203
Yeah planned for people to be able to run from the hammer bros if they just book it- had a similar set up in another one of my levels and found most people panic when they see em and come to a stop so thought it might be fun to be able to just hoof it.
>>332945973
Because that sounds too good to be true.
>>332949391
have a bit of optimism anon
>Rock Is Sponge
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/00D5-0000-0214-1032
Goofy mini level I just made. It involves Yoshis moving Thwomps around, and is chaotic but I think pretty forgiving.
Other shits:
>The Serpent Shoesmith (26*, 8.57%)

>Skewer Sync (29*, 5.30%)

I'm still surprised how low the clear rates are.
>>332938329
I saw Corrupted Computer on your profile yesterday and played it, I fucking love glitch styled shit.
>>332950872
How about you be a bit more realistic and look at the way Nintendo has handled things for the past 10 years.
>>332952065
Enjoyed both of those, some nice spooks on the horror one
>>332952373
Except now they have a new guy in charge, a new console on the way, a new reward system and have released something on a non nintendo system.
>>332953267
>a new reward system
Sadly, it's a piece of shit, worse than my Club Nintendo
Miitomo is fun though
>>332953551
So far, these are day one rewards and compared to previous european club nintendo rewards it's slightly better. You can get shit without spending money, some of them are actual games (EU never had games in catalogue barring the final month).
Finally reached 2000 stars to get my next medal, so I already uploaded nine more new levels. Also updated my list.

I still play a lot, but most the levels I've 'made' recently always end up unfinished and in limbo for ages. Koopa Bro level took me months to finish, slowly working on it every week or two. It went through so many changes that I'm surprised it ever got completed!
But I'm really happy to see you're still here too Charles.
I seem to work all the time which cuts into my SMM thread time these days. :<
I would but NINTENDO KEEPS DELETING MY SHIT

>>332960157
If you play a shitload, your levels get fed into 100 Mario Challenge a lot more and are much less likely to be deleted. I'm completely convinced of this. The more I play, the more I get random plays.
>>332960848
this definitely applies, though i'd say theres a point that levels become self sufficient if they get enough stars from those who randomly play it.
