Well, I agree that Some tops should get a nerf like elph, or lows get a buff. So it's kinda wack. But apparently, the pros told the devs not to change anything, so they didn't.
But still, there are some new mechanics added that kinda balances the stuff. Low blitz doesn't blitz mid anymore, you can charge it to try to fuck up the unblockables. Homing dust is now a thing mid-screen, you can finally escape throws.
They didn't do a normal balance, but added more universal mechanics simply.

Only when it charges red like pic related. With it, you basically reject everything. You still can get thrown.
But it takes quite a long time until it's red, and you can get hit low while charging it.

I think he means console versions of xrd having 4f native input delay so it becomes 6f in online unless you play the PC port.

Don't have a PS4 unfortunately.
Hate to say it but I'm probably dropping the game for anything more than killing time at locals. 2 month headstart has just killed my buzz, especially since I wanted to learn a new character. Only like 3 other people still play it around here anyway.

Yeah they finally got around to using Lab Zero's legacy driver. And apparently they used it properly so it won't have the issues that SF5 has with legacy sticks (needing it to be tied to a ps4 controller, etc)

Looks like in that video theres a shitload of something on the floor appearing when she does movement/parry. So that's causing the framerate loss. Not sure if that's just on that one stage or caused by the move itself but that seems like it would be easy to patch out.

Yeah, the leaves, that's what i mean, all the parry is doing is causing the stage to read it as if the model is going from standing to movement triggering the leaves particles, that would make more sense, i think.
