I have two.
Back in middle school I used to go over to a friend's house all the time. His parents were well off and had a computer room with two really nice computers in it that my friend and I would play on at the same time. We'd play Runescape, Guild Wars 1, WoW, CoD 1/UO/2, CS:S, and a bunch of other multiplayer games together and it was a lot of fun. No memory in particular but I remember staying up late and trolling Counterstrike servers with him during summer vacation. Great times.
The second is from when I was in the 9th grade. I had gotten a level capped toon in WoW for the first time (Blood Elf Prot Paladin) and started doing my first raids ever. I got into a guild with a bunch of guys from California who knew each other irl. One day we were about to clear Instructor Razuvious in Naxx, our guild leader says he has to brb for like 5 minutes. 5 minutes goes by and he's still not back. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and he finally comes back. He says he had to go pay some chick $7 for a blowjob she gave him the other day and he got stopped by cops who saw him running through an alleyway. Everyone gave him shit about the $7 bj for months. Also great times.

When I was 12 or 13 or so I liked playing dating sim games, first one being sim girl. I quickly realized there was really dick all to do in it so I moved on to find another. Cue Ganguro Girl. Now I was playing this on my grandmothers computer (in her room) while she's in the bathroom blow-drying her hair. Now at this point in life I had next to no clue what sex was. (I'd started up hentai quest or whatever that old H flash game was with the cat girl and literally said to myself "a blowjob? Now I'd been playing this for a while, written down all the info instead of remembering it, and finally got up to her hotel room. Cue fingering. but i have good memories of the time when i decided to play all the marathon all the mega man games from classic to zx advent
it felt really good to see how each game improved a little bit more over the other and i really got into the lore of mega man specially during the jump from zero to zx
the best part of it was when i defeated Master albert the final boss of zx advent in expert mode
i had to collect every single healing item that i could get during the game to stand a chance against him and i had a lot of hype during that battle bacause i defeated him with 1 hp left, there was a point where our attacks just kinda cancelled each other and neither of us took damage, so iside my mind the fight felt like this

When I was young my dad got me a game called Lords of Magic. We didn't have a lot of money at the time so it took most of what my dad could afford for me, but I insisted it was the thing that I wanted and that I wouldn't ask for anything for the next several months. He bought it for me. It took several hours to set up because our computer was shit, my dad wasn't super familiar with computers and I was too young, but he stayed with me the entire time and got me excited by reading about it with me and looking at the loading screens. It took till about eleven and he was really tired from a long day of work, but he stayed up for another two hours with me while I played around and tried to figure out a game that was a little too complex for my five year old self. I played that game for for two years straight and loved every second of it. It was the first real game I ever played and if my dad hadn't bought it for me I wouldn't have the interests I do today.
ID is Bartleby's Knees, but if I'm too late to get the game it's no big deal. I just really like that memory so I thought I'd share it.

One of my favorite video game memories is fighting Sephiroth in KHII as a kid. Particularly how it ended, I was on like one health and he was doing that attack where he surrounds himself with fire pillars, I killed him with the last attack of my combo just as the last pillar was about to fall on my head.

my favorite video game memory is when i sat down and played smash bros for the 64 with my dad and we both had spent hundreds of hours into this game and decided to go 1 vs 1.
me (4-8)
him (20-30)
and we went all out, I was playing fox (because you know, speed makes you harder to hit and makes you hit harder, of course) and he played link (because he had like a hundred different tactics) and we glitched the game twice. The first was where I hit him so fast that i knocked the M tomato out of him and ate it myself.
The second was the best, we both hit each other in mid air and got launched to the sides. We died at the same time and the screen froze for a few seconds, showing that we were both dead. It eventually picked a winner but we agreed that it was a tie.
My favorite memory is becoming good enough that i could tie my dad in a game of smash bros for the 64.
