Meru from Legend of Dragoon is fast enough to get two turns in a row when equipped with Dancer's Shoes, hits very hard especially factoring in her turn frequency, has strong offensive magic, and can heak the party to full health and cure status. Easily carries a team, though not very tanky her speed gives her plenty of healing.
