Tanking is literally faceroll tier now. Almost every raid boss's tanking mechanic is "swap at N stacks".

If you are one of those close minded elitists who are stuck on "vanilla WoW being the end all be all of WoW" then you'll be disappointed. If you play it with an open mind, you'll get plenty of enjoyment out of it.
And that's really all there is to it. A lot of people are very bitter with WoW, but there are millions still playing, and outside of WoW you don't see all the shitstorms you see on the forums and on 4chan.

As someone who actually enjoyed Mop (more or less), and was hyped for WoD, I can safely say that it still fucking sucked.
There's a reason Wow lost literally half of its subs - to the tune of five fucking million - within 6 months of Draenor.

WotLK was fine. 3.0 was too easy, ToC was so awful because Ulduar set the bar impossibly high, and people only hate ICC because 2 years of it left sour taste in their mouths.
Cata had problems, but the content was alright.
And MoP was actually good. the only people that shit on it either haven't played it or still latch on to the kung fu panda ripoff meme

I had to quit during MoP. I tried again during WoD, but as usual, it turned into a paid instant messaging service after a very short time. Just daily quest islands. Grind-for-event got old really fast and is a horrible system. Raiding, even with a guild, felt robotic and had almost no need for communication. It was pretty much lfr with a guaranteed time.
I have no idea why tauren fucking pandas turns me on but the only thing I can take out of all this is a few strange fetishes, futa goat women included.

lol. you forgot to mention they had 5 mil subs before wod, made a huge marketing hype bubble to double the sub count, then lost all the people who bought wod because of the hype.

Meh. Do it for like one characters leveling. They cut content in raids and have a shitty waifu now. Really, the endgame is the garrison and it's not too great. I honestly only played it to hurt myself by finding out how they'd butcher the story.
