Yes, a material design theme for 4chan (e.g. Google 4chan, since Material Design is google's design language), google wants to kill anonymity on the internet so all the posts have random "real names" generated.
It's bright and a poor fit for desktop platforms and once you get the joke you don't want to have to put up with it all day.
