CoD, the biggest fucking FPS out there, has been nothing but real world guns until the last three or four games. The number of real weapons in each game has dwindled since Black Ops II.
In fact, I don't think there are any real guns in Black Ops III at all.

There are many sims that copy cars 1:1, but none that do guns. Even ARMA does it poorly.
