I have a PC that's good enough to play FFXV at an acceptable frame rate without shelling out for a new console because Sony can't be assed to enforce any standards.

I had ps plus on ps3 when they actually released fairly decent games and it was optional.
They don't even have to try any more because it's not an optional service for a core feature of the system.
