Why does he do so few episodes nowdays?
Last year, or if it was the year before, he literally did a "THE SHOW MUST GO ON! THERE ARE STILL TONS OF BAD GAMES TO SEE!"-episode and that lasted like 2 weeks until he started doing one episode every 2 months or even less again.

I used to love James but if I saw him today I'd honestly try to kill him just to put him out of his misery. He's like an old sick dog that you can't stand to see hurt any longer.
He hates being the nerd but that's all he's got and he has to keep playing the character to maintain a living. His movie, the one chance of him following his dream of being a real film maker, was a completely embarrassing disaster. He has a broken baby, his bitch wife walks all over him and the fact she's cuckolding him is all but confirmed. He's balding.
I think he'd kill himself if not for the baby, but with his wife's reputation I doubt it's even his in the first place. I'd just tell him I'm sorry and put a bullet in the back of his head.

It wasn't but it's inspired, and undoubtely impressive considering the budget and what James wanted to put on the screen to satisfy his shitty Godzilla/Horror/sci-fi cravings.
If only it had a better script, I haven't seen the deleted scenes, but I can still list a bunch of this the movie would be better off if they were deleted.

Well, his wife's daughter had shitload of neurological problems at birth and could have died (she didn't but is mildly retarded now). This kind of shit is terrible for a man.
He has a lot of other shows now. I don't care about anything but The Nerd, so I don't watch them, but he's busy. I've got like the first 80 episodes, the good ones, and I can always watch them. I honestly haven't looked him up in almost a year.

Anyone played the recent game? Of course it wasn't masterpiece or something, but it was entertaining with all these references. Board James was cool. Soundtrack was pretty nice, not as good as the first one (imo), but Hang Dong '97 was the shit lol

Tried watching others when they started to become a thing but they all always looked like cheap copycats, most abusing some kind of "...but with a TWIST!" gimmick. So fucking lame and unoriginal.

I later learned who the Game Grumps were, and years later found out Jon showed up a couple times on his show.
I never cared about anyone else or knew about them.

I remember when I was 18, I saw the nerd first in 08 and my cousin and I marathoned his shit. He use to do 4 a month I believe. When he got married and had a kid, he slowed down. He winded down when he was making the nerd movie for 2 years. Now its like every 4 months he does a vid. Last vid was the xmas mk mythology subzero. He got older and he has a family now. Shit changes.
Mike killed the show. He's a talentless, unfunny autist who forced his way onto the channel and ruined every episode he was in.
Most of the "James and Mike Monday" games would have been great for AVGN episodes. But for some reason James decided to cripple AVGN by letting all of the interesting specimens be used for a completely unentertaining spinoff.

hadn't thought of that, still the nes library alone had 700+(?) games, not like there's a lack of shit games. Mike also pushed James to make more avgn in the first place, but sure the poo humor is strictly mike.
Plus, I would've liked a real et review instead of whatever crap he played after his movie, haven't even watched it as I doubt its any good having the entire cast watching as well
