The game would be playable if "get to the end" was the only mission type, and getting evil/good/neutral was more relaxed rather than KILL EVERY SINGLE COP IN THE ENTIRE LEVEL FOR BAD PATH. MISSED ONE? TELEPORT BACK AND PLAY THE STAGE AGAIN.
it's also just straight up unplayable on ps2 as well, framerate fucking dies everywhere. at least the gcn version runs.

It's super short. Pokemon snap had some replay value at least, trying to get better pictures. Watching the same Pichu short isn't exactly gameplay. It's the one game that is less of a game than MGS4

Zelda II is far and away my favorite Zelda title and in my top 5 favorite games of all time. I will never stop recommending it. I really wish the Zelda games took more from this one. I really think it would do a lot of good for the series' longevity.

Well I guess that's genuine point, but I honestly got what I expected in depth and duration so I didn't mind. You piss about with a virtual pet for a bit and that's a wrap.
