The literal only reason why Konami owns Hudson's IPs is that no one else gives a single shit about them. When Hudson soiled the bed, Konami was the only one willing to keep investing in them and bailing them out. They died and Konami was left holding the bag.
So to ask who would will buy Bloody Roar from Konami is like asking who will buy your dead grandma's old, broken exercise equipment or some shit. It wasn't even worth buying when it was new, that's why it's in the trash now
