And i can literally run everything on ultra on 50-60 FPS depending on games optimization.

He's probably talking about 1440p or 4k. My current build costs around the same and that's the performance I get depending on the game. Like GTAV can run at 4k at 60fps, but Witcher 3 dips into 50s at 1440p, both at Ultra settings. And I haven't even delved into watercooling.
