You don't actually loose the games you already have on your 3ds is you do it right. You can also still access the eshop if you update your emuNAND.

It only gives you like a few miliseconds less of loading time. Just stay on 9.2 and install a cfw of choice, like Cakes or reinand, etc. Just do taht and play your games.
There will be much easier ways to get the arm9 hack in the future, and the benefits it gives you right now are pretty much useless.

Then try following the retards guide to install a good CFW.

I beat Paper Jam. I then went back and enjoyed Superstar Saga more.
I played PxZ2. I stopped halfway and just went back to play SRW: Frontier.
I played Fire Emblem Fates. I stopped halfway and went back to play GBA Fire Emblem (not sacred stones).
I played Minis on the Move and Tipping Stars. I got about 20 levels into each before I decided to stop playing and just got back to the GBA Mario vs. DK.
I beat Kirby Triple Deluxe, but all it did was make me want to play Super Star Ultra the whole time.
I downloaded Omega Ruby, and it sucked. Then I downloaded Star Sapphire, and it was better. But then I stopped playing after the 4th gym, went back to play Soul Silver, and that's still the best.
I played Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars, but it's basically just inferior to Advance Wars: DoR.
LBX is actually fun, but it's basically just baby's first Armored Core, which is way more fun.
