Why aren't you a comfy couch PC gamer?
i actually think having my hands propped up on my desk with a controller is the comfiest gaming experience, but it wouldnt be if my monitor was tiny. having my arms up just feels right, and controllers are extra lazy
>>332658356
for me its impossible to be comfy with mouse and keyboard. i hate having to hunch over and not being able to lean back
i play all comfy pc games with a controller.
I have spent the last week being sick with my laptop in my bed and getting up is annoying as fuck because I stumble over my headphone and charger cord.
I bet that man shits himself just to save himself the trouble of getting up and then getting everything back in place once he returns.
>>332658356
that many cables =/= comfy
>>332658356
I am. Playing flatout with this as a steering wheel is super fun
I can't really do that, I need to have the monitor right in front of me otherwise I don't play well
>>332659076
He just fucked up the cable management it should look like this
>>332658356
>sitting that far away from your monitor
no
>>332660301
I'd imagine you'd be using a big TV in that kind of set-up.
>>332660301
>monitor
>implying it isn't a 65" TV
>>332658356
>not hooking up a 360 controller and using multiple JoyToKey profiles for games and navigating the desktop / internet and using it with the onscreen keyboard and binding right trigger to left click
It's like you hate being comfortable
>>332658596
What's preventing you from laying back while using a mouse and keyboard?
>>332658356
Because no HDTVs have 144hz.

Streaming flatout with Steam Controller if you're interested
>>332661189
I know, the PS3 pad with DS3 emulating xinput is a thousand times better.
>>332661129
thats a terribly uncomfortable posture for me. it puts strain on your shoulders.
>>332658356
holy shit that looks fucking terrible
have fun getting up and sitting back down again
>>332661129
notre dam
>>332661881
Can't stand using a controller for more than 20 min, it kills my thumbs and I playbassguitarwith a pick. I must be getting old.
>>332658356
standard size mousepad is the polar opposite of comfy
>>332658356
>the price of one of those things
no thanks
>>332661989
You realize the top desk part isn't attached to the cushions, right?
I think I'm going to become one if FFXV and KH are announced for PC.
I havent bought a PS4 and hopefully wont need to.
>>332658356
you could just buy a controller.
soon, my Steam Controller will arrive soon
>>332661881
Then move closer to the keyboard. You shouldn't have to be hunched over. Sounds like it's more a problem with how you have your desk set up than with the position you're sitting in.
Playing games on a TV is for casuals
This is why I'm a laptop gamer. Anytime I can just plug into the TV and play on the couch with my wireless keyboard and mouse, or wherever else.
>>332663038
Too bad the steam controller is garbage
>>332662905
and you realize the keyboard and mouse arent either, right?
i am. i don't play mobas or shooters so i don't really need a mouse and keyboard for anything gaming related.
>>332663226
>laptop gamers
>>332663468
No wonder you couldn't get that waiting job.
>>332662713
Get a Steam controller. It's designed so your thumbs don't get strained.
>>332663594
god the person in that image is so stupid
>>332663594
wut?
But i am. Currently playing stardew valley.
>>332663298
Says the guy/girl who hasn't tried it a single time.
>>332658356
But I am.
I recline on my couch with the leg rest extended, keyboard on lap and mouse on a pad to the right while I gamedevon my110 inch screen
>>332663594
>"""""kids""""" these days
>>332663846
>implying
I have one and it is garbage. It might only be useful for grand strategy games, but even then a small amount of games work well with the piece of shit. Even fucking portal didn't work with the controller. Save your money
>>332663693
That isn't an argument.
You can either
A: toss the controller to your side and get up
or
B: carefully move the clusterfuck of wires and make sure you dont tilt it too much to have your keyboard and mouse fall off, get tangled up, and become a giant pain in the ass just to get up and take a piss or get a beer.
But yeah, le pc master race always wins XD
>>332664174
>B: toss the keyboard and the mouse to the side
Wow, two wires, omg, so hard
fuck off faggot
>>332663994
>110 inch screen
How much did it cost?
I can't focus as well from a couch if I play anything remotely challenging.
>>332664174
I'm not a clumsy fuck and I don't throw my gaming hardware about the place, so I think it'd be pretty simple to lift the tray off my lap and stand up.
Why are you so fat and clumsy Anon?
>>332662720
800 dpi shitter detected
Because getting a screen which is big enough for that shit and supports 120hz is impossibru
>>332664161
Currently playing FlatOut with this controller and it works fantasticly. Gyros for steering wheel. How did it not work for you? Did it get bugged?
>>332663226
I am too but I'm considering getting a rig so I can finally get 1080p 60fps. Right now I have to pick between the two. Hopefully steam cloud works well with saves. That is something I havent tried
i am, i sit on a leather couch, left arm resting on left arm of couch for kb, and i use a yoga block as a mouse support on my lap, i am comfy but a desk chair is prob better for me but fukkk iiit
>>332664303
>Why are you so fat and clumsy Anon?
He's a consolefag who can't into cable management (and doesn't realize there's only one cable going from the couchmaster to the PC)
>>332664272
Projector was about 650, DIY screen was about 80 bucks in white pine wood/blackout cloth.
Projectors have came a long way since the the days, picture looks great and inpit lag is less than my LCD tv.
>>332665005
I was playing WoW TBC & SOCOM2 with a projector.
Was pretty fun until it blew up and incinerated itself
>>332665005

Wew
Ive used my BenQ1070w for thousands of hours for sessions as long as 15 hours non stop and haven't had any spontaneous combustion
Recommend me a good inexpensive projector guys
>>332665412
How old is it?
My projector smoked its self in like 2006/7.
Also I don't remember having any input lag tho
>>332665679
I think its about 2 years old now. Ive put it through a lot of use and the picture is still good. Havent had to replace the bulb yet thankfully.

You can only have one or the other.
>>332666308
When you compare the price to a big screen tv they are actually fairly inexpensive.

>100-140" supreme projector master race: $600
