I tested this game. Here's the scoop:
it's going to be a meme. CIA man is literally the bad guy and he has time control powers. The story is really basic time travel shit otherwise, everyone gets time AIDS and CIA man is going crazy because of it and you have to find a way to go back in time and stop yourselves from ever doing the experiment in the first place.
The gameplay is really not that interesting. It feels like you're playing a Mass Effect biotic character, you shoot guns and have some auxiliary powers, time shield (stop bullets), blink (teleports you), some other shit and I forget and then the best one that stops time briefly around an enemy so you can stack up your bullets. After it wears off all your bullets start moving together and you completely fucking ventilate them. The physics attached to the last one are amusing as well.
There are also some really shitty platforming segments, like "jump on the thing that falls quickly but if you timestop it it doesn't fall as fast" and stuff like that.
My honest review is 6/10. It has fun gameplay and some of the concepts are cool but the uncanny valley is ridiculous and I didn't give a shit about any of the characters. Also the gameplay just gets kind of tedious as the game goes on, somehow, despite the game giving you time control powers you don't feel very powerful. All in all I think the coolest part of it is the enemy design, they have neat time-science suits.
