This is one of the worst RPGs I've ever played.
No exploration. The entire game is a corridor to the next waypoint.
Very few mini-games or sidequests, the card game is abysmal.
Leveling system is a step backward. Classes are static and can't be changed, and there is no customization. The system is shallow and boring.
The story doesn't make a lot of sense, but it's better than VIII I guess.
Shitty combat, shitty level progression, reskinned enemies from previous titles, awful.
This game was a cheap cynical cash-in and anyone who says it's good or even worth playing is an idiot.

It's not bait or shitposting. I tried replaying this fucking game and it's fucking boring. The system is weak and totally outside the control of the player. If you have two separate playthroughs, played by two separate players, and compared their save-games at the same point in the story, their characters and equipment would be roughly identical.
