Is Hunter in Hearthstone the worst example of a class in a multiplayer game?
All it is designed to do is hit face. It would be like designing a MOBA hero who could only right click really hard.

Well I for one am glad we do not live in a world where such a thing exists

No it just shows how flawed the game actually is. It shows hearthstone for what it truly is - a solitaire, since barely any interaction with the other player.

fixed :^)

Warrior is a way fucking worse class in the very same game. It's just as noninteractive, but what it does instead is stall the game as long as possible. At least Hunter matches are always over quickly.

Face has taunt, Anon.

This isnt true, though.
Many of the class cards are designed for control.
It has that bird which draws you cards when you summon beasts, that other one that draws you cards when you cast a spell, the secret that returns a minion to the enemy's hand, a card that activates deathrattles, etc.
It also has a high mana cost class specific minions that are clearly meant for a slower game.
Playing mindlessly is just very easy and relatively successful, so the alternative playstyles arent as popular.
The joke being that recently all the hunters I've played against are running a control Hunter with dragons(and winning).

Yeah, that's a good point. It has so little interaction.
Hunter just seems to be worse though because it's always face rather than ever trading.
