What's the appeal of Terraria over Starbound? Seriously, I've played both (I admit I didn't play Terraria for very long because it was tedious and as unfulfilling as Minecraft) and it seems like the same shit but Starbound already has more substance to it in spite of its sluggish unending development.

It's pretty good nowadays after a bunch of updates and overhauls. I prefer its current iteration over Terraria.

How can you find Terraria tedious but not Starbound?
I pmayed Starbound recently and it's the same boring beggining. Except SB beggining last way longer than terraria's.
I dropped it after finishing the first boss mission and realising the game was going to stay the same until the end.

You are retard that played non of the games. Even I, someone who participated in almost all of nightly builds and preorder it asap can justify that this game as it is now is no more that a flashy wrapper with literately no meaningful content in it. It has tons of shit and its systems like combat or world generation are ahead of terraria, but this game still has nothing to do besides decorating your house. It will get finished cus chuckle fish got funded for a life time, but this will happen in like 1,5 years. By that time we will have a new terraria updated ten thousand times.
