Unbelievably so.

The texture resolution is all over the place, some surfaces you can barely tell there are pixels, others look like fucking Super Mario World. And what's with the player character looking like such shit, too flat and not enough shading or texture compared to the environment.

Tl;dr: jarring and shit. Piss poor effort.

Looks like Build engine. Third person with a sprite feels awkward: either the camera has literally no give and is tied directly to the character's position, feeling stiff, or it has some sway but it doesn't look right because you obviously aren't going to have a lot of different sprites for the different angles.

Get a consistant art style, what genre is it? Also since it's third person add an adjustable camera.

If you decide to make it have the 'hi-res' textures instead of the low res ones it'll look nice, but much harder to pull off than a simpler artstyle.

The camera actually has some sway to it, it's not completely stiff. I'll eventually have 16 angle sprites instead of the standard 8.

Genre is first/third person shooter with platforming. To change to third person, open console and type "chasecam 1".

Because it looks jarring as fuck. When you're dealing with low-res textures, it makes a huge difference. The distant mountain texture looks like it was made a decade before the rock ones. It makes you remember you're playing a video game and looks horrid.

I'm just dealing with the resolutions that Doom uses. 1 pixel per unit, and the sky is 256 pixels per 90 degrees.

I plan to implement mipmapping and have it render at 240p, so the pixel size will end up looking a lot more consistent on the whole screen.

I intend to use double resolution textures later down the road. With mipmapping, moire/noise won't be an issue.

Thw world looks pretty decent. I like it. The character's sprite is like 50% backpack. Redo it so that we can see the character from behind. I don't think this character is a student, he/she doesn't need a school bag.

A low poly game wont look good with a high texture resolution, keep the textures at a max of 64x64 and make sure all of the land textures are that size. Might want to simplify the texture art too since you've already got your character design ready.
