I hate how people act like this wasn't to be expected. If you have a public profile like twitter you should expect people to gossip about you. That's practically all people use twitter for anyway. There are tons of other ways to express yourself without getting sucked into twitter and all of its drama. Honestly if you have a twitter account and people gossip about you on it, you have only yourself to blame.
