Realistically speaking, what are the chances of this coming to PC?
Keep in mind that Valkyria Chronicles, FF13 trilogy, and other games strongly associated with Sony eventually made their debut on Steam, though admittedly after a very long time.

Sony did something right with the PS4 for once and got themselves a fantastic exclusive. They need Bloodborne, it gets people to buy their console as Demon's Souls did for PS3.

According to the guy who posted the details on NeoFAG (Who has a perfect track record with calling Sony-related shit), one's a sci-fi JRPG and the other one's unknown at this point.
From have also since been officially confirmed to be doing a VR project with Sony, but it's not known whether or nor it's connected to the other two or it's something different altogether.

Its never coming to PC. Sony needs it as an exclusive and it doesn't really matter since the current game in the series is Dark Souls 3. Expect Bloodborne to more or less be forgotten as everyone moves on to the new game.

Games like Valkyria Chronicles weren't published or developed by Sony. Bloodborne happens to be both. It will not go to PC until Sony has no other options.
