I've never had problems against a ciel as c-warc, but then again, all the ciel's I've played against were ass.
Super armor on 3c is pretty terrible and can be mashed out of. If you ever miraculously get a read with that, the guy you're playing against is awful. That said, c-moon can get a combo off it too, but it's pretty damn hard and relies on specific spacing and timing.
