Thing is the raising sim part, which can be a large part of training your girls, just plays out in menus which is probably why the game reviews so badly. The the dungeon aspects are part of a training sequence that nets you a pretty even spread across the board but the dungeons are pretty small. I'm only a couple hours in so that might change.
