Then yes, I think its worth it, just make sure you are allowed to test it, and make sure that it doesn't look like utter garbage (dusty/crusty fans, questionable connectors, etc.).

They just announced a PS4 with a r9 280 which if it doesn't bomb is gonna hog all games rendering pc ports a mess, and you want to get a 770.

It makes a lot of sense.
