It wasn't even sexual. Someone looking over their shoulder does not instantly make a pose "sexual." It may have been hot to some people, but fuck off every female in this game plays off of sex appeal and there's nothing wrong with that. She had a look of confidence and a look of someone who is protecting whoever is behind her, especially with her holding those guns like that. It fits the character because 1) who gives a shit its a fucking pose you and 2) she's British, the same people who have staunchly defended their genetic dead end of an island for thousands of years.
This entire thing is retarded but the precedent it sets is awful. Basically Blizzard has shown that they have no confidence or pride in themselves, and they'll change anything in their game to appease everyone.
