Post a game where you forgot the name but barley remember the details of. Post said details and other anons will help you find the game
For me it is a snes game where you get sent to a prison and you have to wait for a pig (I think) to rescue you. Either that or the pig is already in the prison cell with you and you wait for a girl to rescue you

PC game.
Basially one of those adventure games where you type out the things you want to do.
Anyway, the interface had a screen showing the character and what he was doing and the textbox was below.

The story is about this guy saving the world, traveling the cosmos so yeah it's a space adventure game.

Anyway, there were like 100 ways to die in the game and they all show it to you. It's a comedy.

An old (late 90s?) point and click browser game. You went planet to planet to get a code and disarm a bomb on earth.

You beat the fuck out of a kangaroo.

There was also a Shockwave.com adventure game where you went around solving a mistery about the Chupacabra. You started on some docks, went to a museum, and to Stonehenge.

There was also a level-maker.

A 3D FPS. An older title.

I remember dogs that would run at you and, as far as I can recall, explode on contact. Early on in the game, I believe. Seem to think one of the earlier scenes took place in some trenches, too.

Probably a different 3D FPS, but one of the enemies wielded a rocket launcher and had some kind of a gas mask or something with goggles on, and would shout something in another language that my friend and I heard as 'LEMTOSS" when they started to attack you.

I've got two, both children's pc games

First should be easy, some anthropology characters or something ask for help with minigames, one of them involves a construction yard, and the reward was picing out an object and putting in your park.

There was this game for the N64 (and possibly other systems, I only had a 64 at the time) that was this - I think - third-person shooter where you picked one from a squad of mercenaries? special forces? to go fight terrorism at this factory complex. I remember thinking at the time it was incredibly hard, and styled after arcade games of the time - and you had to pick up different limited-ammo weapons, mostly tactical combat against squads of enemies but it had boss fights, objectives you could complete in varying order.

I know it's not much to go on, but for the life of me I can't find this fucking game, even by looking through lists of N64 games/shooters on Wikipedia etc
pls help me /v/, I'm beginning to think I hallucinated this whole thing

>was either a PS1 game or N64
>pretty sure it was ps1 as I only played it at my neighbors house
>Was a turn based probably jrpg
>remember forest like area
>pathways were pretty narrow as in you couldnt run around to much
>vaguely remember at some point fighting on a wrecked pirate like ship probably near or in forest area
That's it can you do it? I've always had a feeling it may have been Legend of Dragoon but I'm not sure and can't be asked to play through a whole jrpg to find out.

What I remember for sure:
>PC game
>some kind of a space shooter
>minimal graphics (little green triangle was a fighter, bigger one mothership etc.)
>had a level editor
Not sure if I remember right:
>it was around the Windows 95 or 98 era when I played it, it came from a shareware CD
>the motherships could release fighters
>in the level editor there was a screen big ship, what could be played, but moved very slow
>could fire with laser(? from the graphics it was no obvious), and with missiles what could lock on to enemy ships
>no trading or any complicated stuff (or I doesn't know how to do), it felt like the game is unfinished

Pic is from an another game, but it is looking close to it, I don't remember if the fighters triangles got inner lines too, but probably some ships does, that's why I felt this picture similar.

It was some PS1 game that I played on a demo disc way way back. I think it was a kind of RTS but all/most of the units were vehicles you could design each vehicle with a modular system of swapping parts around and I think you could even personally control any unit you choose. The details are really foggy but I've been looking for the actual game for ages and can't remember the name for the life of me. Maybe the title had something like 20XX in it?

It was on the N64. First area I was in (not sure if first area of game may or may not have been a save file) was grasslands. Battles took place in a circlular area similar to the one you were exploring in.
Then the area after the grass land was a forest. Might have been Dark green with a hint of purple couloring.

Was some kind of RPG I think,
Had a party system, with healing and shit.

And there were big animal things in the grass area.

Not much But I believe in you /v/.

A 2D platformer puzzle game, with realistic graphics(for the time), I remember playing this in the mid-90s on PC. The game starts with main character's plane crashing into jungle, and stopping a ritual sacrifice of a girl to some dinosaurs.
But rather than being happy that you saved her, she's upset at you for some reason. You make your way through jungle and ancient cities with her, with fighting off tribals and dinosaurs, with occasional kidnappings. It has kind of Another World feel at points, and maybe Ico too, since most of the game is a long escort mission.
At one point you get a rifle to take out dinosaurs easily with, only for game to start throwing enemies invulnerable to that soon after.

I remember playing this game on a neogeo emulator as a kid, but any time I've tried to find it, I've failed.

>platformer where you play as a ninja (I believe it had co-op with one of hte playable characters being a girl)

>some of the bosses were really weird looking, probably inspired by Japanese mythology
>the game had some kind of popwerups you could pick up

This game really has me stumped because whenever I try to search for something that matches its description, all I can find is beatemups but I'm sure this one had platforming and none of those games match the visual style.

PC Indie game, before Kickstarter. It used stolen graphics from some other game, but it was top down twin stick shooter, multiplayer co-op, or versus.

you were marines, you could build turrets and teleporters that spawn more guys. had squad controls, you could get some guys to follow you and tell them to stop moving / to attack in a general direction.

fighting thousands upon thousands of alien bugs that respawned super fast, you had to push against them and destroy their nests where they spawned.

I'm pretty sure it was Russian, and there was a WW2 mod of it you could play on the same servers ( graphical mod )

I've asked about it before on 4chan, at least once a year for the last 4 -5 years but nobody seems to know it.

I think it was on a ps1 or 2 demo disk along with tomb raider and some 3d space game. But this game was top down sprite based and played like a twin stick shooter, the levels i played looked like aztec ruins with lots of different height levels and vertical gameplay.

The main thing i remember about it is that you played as some type or tank/vehicle and bug hybrid. you could pick up some power up that was like a rotating orb or something and transformed you into like a faster bug with more guns and legs. it was really intense and enemies left lots of blood on the ground when you kill them and you could run over the smaller ones and leaves tyre/tread tracks of blood/goo

Isometric top-down shooter game, either NES or Sega Genesis, most likely Genesis.
I could swear it had Contra in the title but that might have been a wrong label on the cartridge or something, because I couldn't find this game going by the Contra word
The game was kinda fast and with a lot of shit going on the screen, sometimes (near the end I think) it went kinda ridiculous and the game took place in the space or some shit, I wouldn't be surprised if it was Japanese. Ok, riddle me this because after 11 years I'm still clueless.

PC strategy game. Grid based in squares, like FFT.
The setting is Alien vs humans, I think humas are invading the aliens but I could be wrong. Aliens were like grey lizards and I think they had horns. You could play as both sides and each one had it's units. Some of the units I can remember are:
>human
-Mortar-like tank with AoE damage and very long reach but not that good accuracy
-A couple oh human troops
-A tank that was like a futuristic car
>Alien units
-A tank that shoot some kind of orange liquid
-A big Tank with Zebra cammo
-An alien unit with jetpack

Each unit had fuel to move and 2 different attacks. When you attacked during your turn the enemy unit usually replied.

The game also had those 3D prerendered images to tell the story. A couple I can remember is someone in the shadows with red glowing eyes playing chess and a group of aliens judging you in court (I think this one appeared when you failed your mission as alien race).

Help me /v/, I just want to play that game again and remember those feelings.

Also, I have another one, though this one is a peculiar request.

Remember those thick collections of walkthroughs / secrets in times of NES, Genesis and PS1?
Since I didn't have internet then, I've often used those books to find new games based by their descriptions and walkthroughs. If the game looked interesting on paper, I went to the market with my mom or dad and looked it.

Anyway, I remember reading about a game I thought looked interesting, but I couldn't fucking find it anywhere. I'm looking for a game I didn't even play.

It was a Genesis or a PS1 game, probably a 2D sidescroller type, and the thing I remember the most is that the player had some sort of psychic super powers, and maybe some RPG elements. The name was also called something like Psychonauts (but not actually Psychonauts, that game released later), or maybe with words "nerve" or "brain" in the title.
