Jesus christ, i got to level cap excited but after collecting the three i looked up if i needed to do higher rifts to get the others. Nope. Thats all there is to it. The one thats tier topper atm for wizards is the Energy Twister build which uses Delsere's Magnum Opus, whose set bonus gives +3000% damage to enemies caught in time stop and some ring or whatever that casts energy twister for free whenever you cast a mana consuming attack spell. I average 300mil per hit before crits using this build (Im currently T20's and no ancients)
