Very easy.
you'll need:
12cm or 14cm 12v fan
12v pretty much any 12v power supply (the 2$ dollars cheapo will work).
1) Fan: strip off red and black wire, leave the yellow alone. Cut off the plug of your 12v adapter and find the white one (like this http://imgur.com/Ae8nHLl)
2) Wire togheter red from the fan to the white on the power supply, black from fan on black 12v power supply
DONE.
You may use some grip tape to the fan so it won't move, but it's not necessary

OBS: you can plug your 12v to a USB using the red and black cable from the usb cord, but it's going to be very slow, not worth it (5v)

The moment you close the doors it will overheat, especially, I just wanted to make a ventilated closet so large fans to keep revs and sound low and airlfow high but it does provide more cooling than I expected.
3 Fans are because I wanted to make it somewhat universal solution for PS 2-4 or what ever I put inside so, rear fan positioned like that so it will suck out warm air regardless where console has the outlet, two fans to make sure good airflow to the console regardless where it has vents.

Seriously tho, PC is great when it comes to simulators and fps'es but lack severely when it come to games like Katamari, Okami, Bayonetta, RDR, SotC and many other typically console games.
I would love nothing more than PC becoming universal gaming platform but since its not gonna happen any time soon, I might as well not miss out on all those games.

Not really.
The only fan that does all the sucking out is the large 140mm fan on the rear mounted directly behind warm air outlet of the console.
For a good circulation you need some air going it, plus two side fans blow air over and under the console thanks to the stand and force a bit inside.
If you look at position of the fans you will notice that fans are mounted asymmetrically.
When you put inside console it additionally blocks direct airflow trough middle of the closet, kinda the whirlwind effect I wanted and I have to say, tested in warm summer my console never was this cold before even in the open.
I dont have IR meter to check exact temps and temperature of the case its not the temp of the components anyway but, if I turn off the fans and console after 6 hours gaming session, it doesn't get much hotter meaning that insides are not very heated.
