The only thing the game has going for it is the shinier graphics and animations. The music is good too, but fuck...this game is so derivative. This really is the most shocking disappointment I've ever played, in the sense that it is so much worse than I honestly thought it would be; as far as I was concerned, after seeing early gameplay footage, it was impossible that it would be worse than DaS2, but it is...what the fuck.

I know this is a designated shitting thread, but BB was my favorite and it was totally original, so I'm 100% game for pander souls: fanservice edition. The game looks fun and fashion souls looks like it is going to be off the charts, literally all of my favorite dark souls 1 and 2 armors are back in.
I agree going through areas feel like a chore after a while but everything else in the game is better.

I want to believe that this game is good, of course i haven't played it myself so my opinion is formed purely out of what i've seen(i've seen the game from the start to the end boss).
However,
There's so much fan service that the game barely has anything original.
Bosses seem to be way too easy aswell(i know they said they were gonna make everything harder) and most of them are yet again rehashed.
There doesn't seem to be that many interesting areas either, it's all fucking roofs and there's not much area diversity like in the previous souls games.
PvP looks fine, although it seems to be extremely laggy right now.
If you got something that makes this game look great, shoot, i really wanna have hope for it.

Eh, I found the bosses in Demons Souls laughably easy, I only had a problem with the Maneaters. However, I found the levels much more challenging. In every other game I've gotten stuck on bosses for a while. Demons Souls had me stuck at levels and breezing through the bosses.
Really? My friend and I were playing it yesterday and I'd say it's pretty fucking great. Definitely feels a lot better gameplay-wise than 2 did by a long shot.
