You can always just explore the city, you can get past the invisible walls fairly easily over the building with the elevator jump pads.

I can't find any, I just remember my friend and I figuring out the invisible walls don't reach the ceiling and then messing around from there. Try going to the top of the building with the launch pads and using the jump to fly towards the wall to the right. Some of the stars with bad flight have trouble making it over.
