PPSSPP is one of the most stable and fully functional emulators out there. It runs 99% of PSP games flawlessly on toaster specs.
I bought one for capturing gameplay and it has HDCP, which is easy to get around with a splitter but its fucking annoying it has it when it has like no features besides games.

Actually the original Vita have a video output port, but SONY never released the Vita-HDMI cable because they are jews and wanted you to get a PS Tv instead.

1-the memory card isn't an sd card. its some super overpriced piece of shit instead. this probably also hurt vita sales. also i think mine might be dying.
2-they didn't bother to patch all the older vita games to work with the pstv. you actually have to do an exploit to get some older vita games to work on it.

the game has a gps gimmick that only kicks in after the tutorial.
pstv lacks the gps so it displays a error message every couple of minutes.
it doesn't crash the game but its super annoying.

I got it for $20 from Sony's store when it was on sale.
I LOVE my PSTV. I was only interested in a couple of vita games so I definitely got my money's worth when I paid 40 burgers for it.

I owned one for a few days, mostly because it was a cheap way to get a new controller. Every vita game I was interested in playing was not compatible. I sold it. Broke even. Free controller.
