The only reason they did an ''upgrade version'' is because we were in the middle of the PS3 to PS4 era. If anything, they might release a full package but no way you won't be able to be cast apart on anything with only the physical base game + digital DLCs.

I've experienced a 40-ish second load time on the PS4 version. The XB1 is apparently worse on average, but I can't say for sure.
I don't lack the patience to tolerate a load screen that isn't even a minute of my time, but I get that it's an issue. I refuse to finish the game until the PC release because of the frame pacing and dips, though. It's worse than current Bloodborne.
