Honestly? I always imagined it tasting like cough syrup. Thick, medicinal smell, alright taste, but INSTANTLY hard bitter after-taste as soon as it touches your tongue for longer than a second. It's also enchanted to taste 'like' fruit, but the added synthetic flavor generally just makes the taste much worse.
