Not that anon but I'll bite. IMO 2 drastically lowered the skill ceiling. For example, instead of needing to be decent with a pistol as a secondary you could just use OP shit like dual shotguns or an SMG as your secondary weapon. It was also the beginning of killstreaks being ridiculous. MW1 introduced a mostly good formula, 2 just took that and ran with it while adding tons of shit to make the game more accessible.
