There was this guy called Terumi he really fucking hated everything so he decided to try to make a god killing sword instead it turned into a giant monster that killed everything so he killed it with a few (new) friends then the world changed because magic and stuff then ragna grew up hating terumi because terumi fucked his childhood then calamity trigger happens and a time loop is solved then Terumi then figuratively destroys the entire cast on the top of the city and creates his stupid sword then its get broken and he goes back and does stuff then chronophantasma happens and azrael appears because some reason and they fight him and shit then ragna gets sent back in time for a reason (don't remember) comes back and then they fight gigant takemikazuchi and tell izanami to fuck off then izanami fucks with them and then we get CF where Nine reappears and tests the entire cast then Izanami appears (again) and tries to fuck the entire cast and then gives them a piece of the azure

She's not Naoto's aunt, she's the aunt of Naoto's love interest, Yuki Haruka, who looks like Celica Mercury, Yuki Hayami is said to look like this character, Yuki Himizuru from Xblaze, Touya's foster parent and the adoptive sibling and foster parent to his childhood friend, Hinata Himizuru.
In the novel Hayami's discription is of an young adult looking woman with orange hair, large breasts, drinks lots of coffee and a playful personality as well as a serious one when the situcation calls for it.
Both characters pretty much what Makoto Nanaya would be like as an older person with children to take care of. As for why Naoto sees those traits in Makoto, it's because Himizuru's voice actor in Xblaze is Makoto's. It's a personality and voice actor joke.

No, where the black beast came from is a complete mystery. Terumi's action with Relius and Ayasuki mean nothing compared to Ragna, who can become a black beast without Nu's forcing him and Noel, who powers can make anything she wants real or reset things back without allowing progress.
Ragna and Noel may be kind people but that are far too dangerous to let live. Even if Rachel,Celica and Makoto don't like it, there's really no choice. They have to die. The same goes for Saya, she was made to be Izanami's host, without Saya, there would be no murakumos so she has to go as well because there's nobody else in the world who has her synchronization.
