Ah, I'll help you little console buddy. It's something that console users aren't really used to so I can't blame you for being confused. The top has realistic lighting which is extremely taxing on a system. If you look at the bottom all of the lighting is consistent throughout the forest, no shadows with a lightsource illuminating the whole area instead of rendering moonlight being filtered through trees, casting shadows. The bottom looks much worse from a technological perspective.

No, but they're also not indicative of how the game actually looks. PS4's screenshot features adds a lot of post-process to make your snaps look better, anti-aliasing being the major one.

Uncharted 4 uses global illumination. Plus the scene in the bottom is being lit from one direction, its just not inexplicably blue light. I'd understand the comparison if it was the same area lit the same way but with an obvious downgrade, but thats just not the case.
