Don´t really count, as the protag of KoA:R is not dead but returned to live as a living being that simply can´t stay dead, Tidus is a dream of dead people, and the nameless one is not an undead by the definition of D&D either. He simply can´t stay dead, ever, much like the amalur character.
None of them are unliving beings, they are all very much alive, yet have a further condition on top of that.
