This is actually one of my regular review sites that I check.
>>
They're actually pretty good desu senpai

Yeah. I also like how the weight more important aspects of a game higher than others. I even like that they have a section for how stable the game is. In these days, games lack polish, and something like stability is an actual issue with many games.

I smell viral marketing.

I don't give 2 shits about reviews. Game journalism is cancer.

Everyone liked her for a while, but now that everyone posts about this, /v/ will hate her in no time

In a few weeks all her photos and addresses will be available, and people will try to get her life ruined because "she is an attentionwhore trying to hiral on /v/"

This happened to all internet people who started getting popular here

>Visually this game is very pretty with the relaxing environment and knockout gorgeous women. The breast physics work and the animations used are alluring and often seductive. If you’re struggling with lust or pornography, this game should be avoided.

This is the right way to handle questionable content. Not "How dare they! This should be removed!" but "If you struggle;e with this sort of thing, it's your responsibility to avoid it."

Hot damn, that's professional.

I wouldn't think they would have reviewed something like this, but they're surprisingly level-headed. professional, and objective about it.

It's remarkable how this niche, religion-focused website can write better and more objective reviews than actual review focused sites.

The site is targeted towards Christians, so they don't really need to.

Butt battle, this review is great, how spot on of an unbiased deconstruction can it be. Also surprisingly spot on for the reason you would get this game, it's pretty tame just revealing and you wouldn't get much more out of it than ogling.

Games have different confirm / cancel buttons all the time, it takes all of five minutes to get used to it. It's a stupid thing to criticise a game for.

Most games use circle for confirm and X to cancel in Japan and the reverse in the west.
MGS 1 - 3 used circle for confirm and X for cancel in the western releases. 4 swapped them.
Suikoden 1 uses X to confirm and triangle to cancel, 2 onwards changed cancel to circle. The same thing happened with early Ace Combat and Armored Core games.
Trails in the Sky uses the cancel button to also open the menu (and then cancel out of it).
The original Dariusburst uses square and triangle to confirm, and X and circle to cancel.

Also CCG is open with their beliefs. They tell you what to expect from them. The problem with the other sites is that they try to hide their bias. If Kotaku or Polygon had a slogan like "Kotaku - Game reviews by progressives for progressives" or "Polygon - game reviews for the sexually represssd" I wouldn't have a problem with it. Instead they pretend not to have a progressive bias or a feminist agenda. That's just my shitty opinion though.

>Most games use circle for confirm and X to cancel in Japan and the reverse in the west.

I've already said that. unless you're full blown weeb your confirm button is mostly X and have committed to memory. switching things up without remapping is just annoying as hell.

an extreme example if a game by default has a inverted camera and doesn't allow you remap (looking at you wind waker) then wouldn't that irritate you at the slightest?
>>
>>332387405
what got a 1.5?
>>
>>332388250
I stated it to establish the norm for which the games listed were exceptions.
As I said, you just get used to it in a few minutes. It doesn't immediately feel natural but you fucking get used to it and then it's no longer an issue.

Inverted cameras are garbage but I would argue that a confirm / cancel button for menus isn't comparable to real-time camera control in importance. That said I would also argue that all games should have fully remappable controls to begin with.

>>332387815
i get what you mean. opinions are fine, but it drives me nuts when people try to pass their bias off as the norm

DoAX3, that they had to import to review, just because Play-Asia called out SJW on twitter.

As a atheist I have to say that I love this site. They seem to actually review the game and not just spin some bullshit review. Sure there is a Christian aspect to the reviews but it doesn't bother me. I actually like Christians for the most part.
>>
I get thay /v/ is full of newfags who have never heard of this site before but do we really need to have this thread daily? Yes, these reviews are good. Now move on instead of turning this into another not-general.

that is pretty funny. what was the reviewer's problem with it? literally low-balled it for questionable content?

Morality Score - 76%
Violence - 10/10

Sexual Content - 3.5/10
Occult/Supernatural - 7/10

destructoids review?

>removed features, reused content, and no women of color

Removed features, I'll give, but from my understanding said removed features weren't received well in the previous installment. Reused content isn't a fault I'd have with it, simply because the prior installments also used assets from their previous fighter cousin. The latter was the central point of all laughter at the reviewer, because your skin has to be brown to be counted as a different race to them.
