Is this a better game than A Link to the Past?
I liked it more. I thought the renting system was cool and the game didn't take long to get through. Solid 7/10

It's pretty close. It has better characters and story (for what they are), but the low-poly 3D graphics and easier dungeons make it slightly inferior. Also it lacks those atmospheric moments like the beginning in the rain and the master sword discovery.
Its sad that I will never play aLttP for the first time again. Especially if I could somehow compare my ~12 year old experience to the one I would have now ~23

I played LttP once like 5 years ago but honestly if I played it again it would be like it'd be brand new. I dont think I remember too much of it.
