Look up write speeds on SSDs after a year of moderate use. They degrade incredibly fast, you'd know this if you owned one. Aside from running your OS there is no reason unless you intend to replace it every year.

Get educated. This is an Evo 840 two years of use. I have three more I could show you that are burnt in from various companies in my other rigs. All of them have shown the same.
Evo 840 out of the box will hit 500-540 read 480-520 write. You can expect within a year for your writes to be sub 200mb/s. My WD blacks are faster writes. They've been in this rig for going on two years. They still perform the same the day I put them in.
Don't get me wrong, I like fast boot speeds for OS and a few games but if you think an SSD is for anything else you're an uneducated consumer whore.

DAC/Amp is definitely the way to go anon. For my headphones I run a Schitt Modi DAC -> Lyr 2 Amp with LISST tubes. Using some Sennheiser HD 650s / Beyerdynamic DT 880 600ohm.
For speakers, I use a Scarlett sis2 & Yamaha HS8 monitors + sub. It's vastly superior to any sound card I've ever used from creative to asus xonars. Just get yourself a good DAC/amp it's a much better use of your cash.

There are some nice ones out there, be sure and read up about them though. The one I have has USB buffer overflow issues on some operating systems. will BSOD if you try and put too many sources through the USB port on it. They may have fully fixed it though. Since my last driver update I've not had the issue.
