What is the most comfy controller?no keyboards allowed
Probably for the past 2 generations it has been Xbox controllers.
I can't really make and argument for Wavebird vs Dualshock 2 tho.

None of the listed controllers is particularily uncomfortable with the exception of the Dualshock 4. The fucking stupid protruding rear keeps grinding against my middle fingers, and if I loosen my grip then I can't hit the triggers at the proper angle (hint: It's not with the tip of the finger). There is no god damn way to hold this fucking shit properly.

Dualshock is shit because the left analogue stick isn't in a comfortable position. Hard to describe it but when your thumb is relaxed, it's parallel to the rest of your hand. It's in a more natural position on the Xbox controller.

I touched an XBone Elite controller once. It was pretty much perfect in my opinion. But I'm not dropping 150 for that.

Because it doesn't have to be. Your left thumb will be on the left analogue stick 99.99% of the time for most games.
playstation controller is best for dual stick games
Gamecube is best for games where you mash one button often but need others often too
Wiimote is comfy as fuck, you can even stretch yourself or eat snacks while playing without letting go of the controller

Wiimote+Nunchuck is underrated (for non-waggle games). It could use a better layout of buttons/inputs but it sure is nice to just let your arms rest where they're most comfortable.

I honestly don't get a lot of the complaints of the PS4 controller. It felt pretty good in my hands. The only complaint I have against it was the rubber on the thumbstick. After heavy usage playing it with DS1, it rubbed my thumb pretty damn raw. No other controller has done this to me. 360 controller is still GOAT though.
The Xbone controller felt overly small, and I absolutely fucking hate the shoulder buttons. Way too stiff for my taste.

Really, dude? I can name five from one brand: Forza Motorsport 2, 3, 4, and Forza Horizon. The right analog moves the camera but you don't have to do that. Face buttons take precedence, making those fine where they are, instead of mirroring the right analog stick with the left analog stick.

About a month ago. The non shiny plastic feels pretty much exactly the same. Like I said, the only thing that might make it feel slightly cheap is that it's quite hollow because it lacks rumble motors (apart from those under the touchpads) which makes some buttons and the haptic feedback quite loud.

This is partially why the DS4 is my gamepad of choice on PC. No other controller lets me bind a button to push-to-talk/take a screenshot/etc without sacrificing another input. Aside from that, I also find it very comfortable, and I hate the previous DS controllers. I'd put the 360 pad just behind it, and the Xbone pad behind the 360. I really don't understand why people prefer it, everything besides the dpad feels like a step back to me, but different strokes I suppose. No opinion on the Wii U Pro pad, it looks comfy but glossy surfaces make my hands sweat like crazy and I can't go back to digital triggers.
What it all comes down to is, the best controller is the one that you find the most comfortable. We can argue all day about pros and cons, but nothing I say will get Xbone fans to prefer the DS4, and vice versa for me, nor should it. We don't gain anything if more people like X than Y, so I don't see why so many people are so passionate about it.

Alright /v/ im having some real shit fucking issues with my xbox 360 controller
I recently "upgraded" to windows 10, and while I don't really have any issues with it anywhere else, I think its messing with my controller inputs big time. Checking the inputs shows that pressing up on the left control stick jitters between fully forward and back to center. It's only when pressing forward does this happen, not the other directions. What do I do to fix this shit? I can't find other places, and we all know that if I did find it, it would be "pm'd u the fix :)" shit.
