Can we all agree that the timeline is bullshit. Some are directly connected there is no doubt in it but there are others in the series that just don't belong no matter how far apart they are. If any of you feel the same post in your own timeline if you have any.

here's how the timeline works, every game takes place such a ridiculously long time before or after any other game that any timeline becomes essentially pointless, because everything about the universe is reset by that point. Why is there a split for "if Link loses to Ganon" in OoT?
What if he loses in Windwaker? What if he loses in Skyward Sword? What if he loses in Link's Awakening?
You don't get an alternate ending if Link loses in OoT. You get a game over and try again.
