Yooka laylee had a working level and character models and all that from day 1 of the kickstarter. Also the devs are all old pros from Rare. I can see there maybe being a slight delay on the game but nothing anywhere close the magnitude of MN9

I've nothing but love for their previous games and the utmost respect for the devs themselves, but I honestly doubt they still have what it takes to make anything anywhere near the quality of Banjo, but kudos to them for giving it another shot.
