I got to A+ 99 with the rapid blaster deco back when that was still the highest rank. It's actually a fucking great weapon, it just plays completely differently from a normal blaster. By far the best option for locking down any single area in the game and completely broken in tower control. It's just really weird to use because it's almost completely useless at point blank range or in head on fights in general.
At least the Top Spin killed the final boss in one shot.
