If you top frag and carry they love you, if you can't carry but make really good call outs and atleast kill one person before you die, they love you. If you suck at call outs and aiming but can make the best strats that put your players in a position to rekt, guess what, they love you. The game isn't hard, just be of slightly higher than average intelligence, learn how to use grenades before going into rank and you will be placed into MG1 and within a few games you will be MGE and the people aren't annoying, they kind of joke around and insult each other randomly but then laugh it off as they are mostly all decent aimers.
