Its pretty hard to gauge his power since in his own story, the beings he "fights" are all basically gods that can control reality, with a caveat that since they're all near omnipotent, they should technically be able to permanently destroy each other. But it also means that they can come back after being completely erased from existence, since they supposed to be omnipotent after all. So it creates a contradiction. In the story, they just end up fucking with each for all eternity, even after eternity ends to staff their boredom.

I think the primary problem with western comics and shit is just they have all these characters that have been running for decades and people just don't know what to do with them. So stories just get weirder and weirder in a never ending bid to out do what has previously been done to the point they become a hysterical self mockery of what they formerly were.
This is exacerbated by the endless crossovers and cross-promotions that lead many story lines to become utterly convoluted and stretched out across 10 different publications in a bid to get fans of Book C to buy Books A, B, D, F, J, M, Q, R, V, and X.
If you want to read nip comics, you start with Volume 1 and keep reading until the production is over.
