They did away with stats. Now it's all "motivation" based. If you beat a girl at games she'll get harder to beat. If you lose to her she'll get easier to beat.
If you want easy money then just keep targeting the easy/normal girls, but be wary. Their difficulty follows into the next vacation. When I used Helena I had everyone on hard.
